They sent me to an empty room with some questions to answer and Creative scenarios to imagine. I was to brainstorm and improvise prepared ideas, in order to pitch them live to an interview panel of 3 people, after about 10 minutes alone with my ideas. Next room, pitched live to the panel and had a more formal style, yet casual, interview with the panel.
