They don't have HR in place for hiring process. If someone have referred you, then he/she will inform you about everything (interview rounds, rejected or not). The Interview questions were very easy and process was good. They have opened office in Gurgaon just because they will get cheap resources here. No respect for talent and knowledge. Before interview they will say no salary bar for right candidate. Once you have cleared the interview rounds then they will say we cannot give you hike. You will have to join at the same salary you are getting right now. I referred my 2 friends same thing happened with them. Only join if you don't have any job. Else it would be a waste of time even to give a interview there.

The interview process was not short. 1. Manager meeting 1H 2. Technical review 1.5 H 3. Home assignment 3-4H 4. Technical review in depth 1.5H 5. HR review There were other Director and VP R&D meetings that weren't held since they remembered at the END to raise that they don't pay the salary I requested :) Funny me, I was supposed to ask for a lower salary wage. Seriously double check this with them before you waste your time!
