Tacoma Pierce Country Health Department interview questions

3 step interview process. We did a team's meeting then an in person one. 4 people was in the teams meeting and 5 people where in the in person one. They ask a lot of questions regarding racial equity.

The interview went well, everything else was a terrible experience. There was a panel of 3 interviewers and they took turns reading about 7 or 8 interview questions. Even though they were completely unorganized, they were nice through it all. The issue I had was the huge lack of communication. I was told by one of the interviewers that a decision would be made for the position by the end of the week (I interviewed the 1st week of May) and when a decision was not made that week, I emailed them the week after with the same response…and the week after that…and so on. I tried contacting HR about the position multiple times prior as well…calling, leaving voicemails, and emails all with no response. A final decision wasn’t made until a month later. HR pretty much told me unfortunately I wasn’t selected for the position. Was trying to have a career change but it’s okay. I think I dodged a bullet.
