Interview
After an online application process, I was invited to a series of interviews that were with a broad range of people who currently work at Tails.com. One of the interviews was an assessment centre. None of them were anything to worry about, all of them were really enjoyable.

They asked questions about my work experience, how I would handle certain situations, why I was looking to change and thought I would be a good fit for the role and then more personal values to see if I'd fit the company culture.
