Tait Weller & Baker interview questions

Very straightforward. I did not use a recruiter. One of the partners himself reached out to me to schedule an interview. Overall, the process was pretty straightforward and very standard. The interview itself had a more casual feel to it, more of a conversation than rapid-fire questions, which was a nice change. There was an option with them to see some audits outside of job placement, just to experience a little more, which is a nice attribute if you are looking to diversify your auditing experience / see if you like a certain industry more, etc.

The interview was great and manager and partner explains the daily routine clearly. The process of offer is within one week. Overall, there is not very hard to answer the questions during the interview.
