Interview
Started with a 30 minute phone screen describing the position and asking about my background and experience as it relates to the position. Few days later was invited in for a on site interview that lasted about 3 hours with 5 different managers from the facility.

Question 1
When was a time where you had a negative experience in a team setting and how did you handle it?
The process took two weeks. They asked many technical questions, looking for the understanding of my preveous experiences and my technical knowledge in analytical chemistry. The questions were resonable and some of them I did not proved a clear answer.
It consisted of three separate interviews within the span of 1 week. The first interview involved the hr department, the second interview was with the supervisor and the last interview was with the head of quality.

Interview
Screening phone call initially with HR / recruiter and then a formal interview following this, if successful. The phone call lasted about twenty minutes. The formal interview had lab personnel and was over Microsoft teams / Zoom. Overall a relatively straightforward and typical interview experience.
