Panel interviews , or multiple round interviews. Questions focused on soft skills rather than knowledge of the process and leadership experience/challenges with conflict and resolution etc. Experience is valued and personality is valued as well as someone who is collaborative and able to work well with different teams.

Panel with three cross functional groups that asked questions. Groups of three to four and rotated out to the next group. Questions were fairly easy and a number of behavior questions
