Interview
Hire Vu interview for initial interview, interview with DM and another DM flown in for the interview, interview with the Regional Manager and the DM. Hire Vu was straight STAR questions and answers as well as an essay question. First face to face was STAR and getting to know you conversational. Regional manager was a tough sell, and I attempted to sell him a pen for the interview.

Process was meeting with many different managers and regional managers all asking the same questions. Was able to have a ride along with a field rep to see what a typical day is like. Didn't get a positive vibe from the managers, they weren't excited to be interviewing to hire a new rep. It was uncomfortable and draining.

interviewed by regional business director with severe ADD, Initial manager was the best, then moved to a severely narcissistic manager who was criminal in behavior. Last manager moved the division to last place then moved himself to a new territory in florida
