I received a phone call from someone friendly inviting me in for an interview. I was able to sit down with the manager and he showed a real interest in my background as well as mentioning he would help me grow into more of a management role. He invited me back for a second round interview to show me more of the business. It was so much more professional than I expected. I was given a few different tasks that really tested my knowledge of business. After explaining the potential and the quick progression I was excited to come back for my final round interview with the the management team. Ive been with the company for a few months now and couldn't be happier about my decision to start here!
