Interview
One phone call, then paperwork and training started by them sending you reading materials on your first day. You are expected to catch on quickly and start producing. You are thrown to the wolves, so to speak.

How much experience do you have. Tell me about you previous positions and where.
Interview process consisted of few rounds: 2 or 3 rounds. The last one included shadowing of current employee. The last Interview also included a role play.
After few days we gave a feedback.

Sono stata contattata prima su linkedin. Dopo ho fatto un breve colloquio telefonico e 2 video colloqui. Mai avuto un feedback nonostante l'espressa richiesta sia in sede do colloquio sia in seguito tramite l'invio di una mail.
A nice experience and guidance throughout the whole interview. Nice salary and benefits. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to work in this field, they care a lot about their employees.
