Tambourine interviews FAQs
Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tambourine (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
Very nice HR. Thoughtful questions. Since the Salary was not displayed, they asked for what I desired as compensation and they did not have a budget set for the role so there was no transparency there.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tambourine (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in May 2024
Interview
Very straightforward and overall positive experience. The second interview that have you answer a packet filled with marketing questions to assess your knowledge and expertise. Make sure to read about their hospitality specific metrics.
The initial interview process was a zoom meeting that lasted 15 minutes. It was recorded without the interviewer advising me that I was being recorded which was interesting, that she quickly dismissed it without verbal acknowledgement or consent. Overall this was a weird interview, they kept over articulating that they were working on improving the work life balance and company culture. That they wanted everyone to flow and work in office in person with no opportunity for remote. Seemed like they were interviewing with hard values but weren't able to articulate why implying a toxic culture. They also said they were combining a range of positions so the role they were interviewing was actually the responsibilities of two seperate roles. I was super unclear on what the role responsibilities were.
