This company used a ridiculous bait and switch interview technique. I applied for a marketing position and then by the second interview I learn that it is actually a compensation-based sales position for Frontier. I drove 45 minutes in traffic for two interviews. They were not up front with me about what the "marketing" position would entail on the first interview (red flag). If you need any more convincing that this is not a marketing company, just look at their website. No reputable marketing and advertising company would have such a messy, hastily put together website. They lured me in with a promising-sounding position as a marketer. They clearly have no idea what real marketing is.
