I first had a phone interview with one of the Clinicians on my unit, who mostly talked with me about the position, hours, training, and going over any questions I had. I then got called later that week to set up an in person interview. I met with 3 nurse managers. They were all super friendly, and it felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. They asked a lot of the typical nurse interview questions, which I had prepared for, so I felt very comfortable answering them. They called me same day to offer me the position! Overall a very good experience!
