Interview with Sales manager, 2nd interview with VP- basic interview questions, work history, previous experience, why was I interested in going into this industry- My experience in my sales process in my other positions
I went through masterson staffing as a temp for 3 months. The interview process for tandem itself was easy. Filled out the basic knowledge worksheet and spoke with my supervisor.

Initial interviews after resume review, references followed up on, interviewed with all department heads one on one, met with owner of company for initial and final interview job offer. The process took maybe 3 separate interviews middle one involving maybe 4 department heads, references were checked out, entire thing maybe 30 days.
