Interview
An interesting in-person interview with the human resource person. After the interview, I was asked to complete a writing test. I was called back for an interview with the chief executive officer. It was a thorough interview and a nice conversation. I left both interviews wanting to work there.

Interview
I had two interviews and no one ever got back to me to let me know I didn't get the position, even after a follow-up email. The first HR interview was via phone and the second was with the CEO and the interim CEO separately.
