It was nice. they have a good team. it was not too long. I think the interview was very helpful. While many employers feel that teamwork is a significant quality that all workers should have experience with, many workplaces are falling short in facilitating efficient team building.

Applied online and got a phone interview first, I was asked to have another interview with a manager. The whole process was easier compared to other companies I applied for similar positions. Also HR was always quick to response which made it really easy. I would really recommend that you understand the market rate for salary before applying. When I started I was getting paid lower than anyone else that had joined with me. And the raises over the years was based on the manager decision.
