Interview
first there was a 10 minute test with 50 questions in which you had to score above a threshold to progress and then an hour-long conversation about the role and traditional interview.
Initial interview with recruiter which began with a simple 10 minute competency test. Final interview with director which began with a presentation in a role-play format and then onto questions about CV.
