I had active/ongoing internship applications with another company when I applied for the HR recruiting coordinator position with Tanium. I was transparent about my situation, and the wonderful Tanium recruiter I had the opportunity to interact with was happy to work with me, regardless. Tanium recruiters and the company in general take recruiting and the task of providing the best applicant experience very seriously. I went through a couple of interviews before being moved to the skills assessment part and the onsite interview (which I was excited to experience ultimately didn't get to do as I had just accepted the summer internship offer elsewhere). The conversations with the recruiter and the talent acquisitions director were very transparent, genuine, and warm -- which speaks volumes of the people and the culture in the company. I'm happy to go through the process again once my internship is over. They're brilliant at making it as smooth and welcoming as possible!
