Interview
Phone interview, in person interview, and offer within three weeks. Phone interview was largely based on interest in the company. Having a mind for sustainability, and a technically capable skillset is especially important. Phone interview was non-technical. In person interview was a mixture of broad technical and specific non-technical questions.
