First screening interview
Second technical interview went smoothly and easy questions about java springboot Kafka microservices.
Third interview with development director asking if your last job wasn't in fintech industry so you will be rejected even if you had similar experience, no professionalism, even can't asking revelant questions, and attended the interview while he was driving so ridiculous of waisting others time.
professional , but long too many phases and stakeholders involved
it starts with HR (2 rounds) then marketing 2 rounds , then one case study, and after that back to HR
