Interview
Smooth interview, really. The recruiter was very kind and supportive, and she assisted me with all of my concerns and difficulties throughout the pipeline.
Engineers are incredibly friendly and easy-going, making conversation and reasoning with them during interviews a breeze.

Interview
Call with recruiter to discuss the position and company. Then a "phone" interview over zoom for a technical screening interview. Some time after the technical screening was the "on-site" over zoom: 4 total sessions, 3 were technical and 1 was behavioral.

Interview
Don't bother. They will waste your time with a painfully long HR call then ask you to do the work of following up with them two weeks later just to find out they're not moving forward. Just look at my resume, if you want to interview me, great, if not - no hard feelings. Please don't take time out of my workday just to talk about HR fluff and "hopes and dreams" where you learn nothing about my skills as a developer or my capacity for the job. FWIW I've never had an experience with another company where the HR call wasn't anything more than a formality.
