I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Taphandles (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
There are three rounds of interviews. The first is basically a phone screening with he woman who works in HR, basic questions about experience, software proficiencies etc. The next is a one one one interview, which took about an hour and was fairly informal. The final round of interviews included a panel interview with other project managers, a written test, and two one on one interviews with a sales rep and the CEO. All in all it was a fairly comfortable pleasant interview experience. Everyone there seemed friendly and quite happy to be working there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The CEO asked me to take a position on an issue and try to convince him to agree with me. This one kind of threw me for a loop.
Simple, 3-4 rounds chatting with the recruiter, manager, and higher up folks. Recruiter is super nice and has worked there for a long time. First interview was lots of “rate yourself on a scale” questions

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Taphandles in Mar 2021
Interview
Sent an email with a cover letter and my resume and heard back fairly quickly from the recruiter with additional questions and asking time to set up an interview. The interview went fairly well, I was asked to rate my skill set and the kind recruiter said she would get back to me in a week. After following up once a week for 3 weeks, I went ahead with another opportunity. I would have loved some feedback or just a simple no, it reflects bad on the company.
