I first applied with a CV via email. I got invited to the interview in person, with the HR and CEO. The interview was average, with questions from iOS interfaces, OOP, Databases and personality.

There was a quick interview process, like 45 minutes, in which the audience was very friendly and asked a couple of questions, helping out when I did not understand exactly what they meant.
