group interview, did some group activities, including some role play. overall was actually pretty fun, mostly high school kids. then a 1 on 1 interview with the store manager which was only for like 5 minutes real quick.
The interview process was very laid back and chill. The interviewer talked a bit about the company and their role, and then asked a couple of questions about you. The interview was pretty short.

Why do you think you're a good fit for the company?
Personally I had a group interview but they do have individual interviews too. general questions were asked as well as job specific, and customer service related questions. we also had to sell a product to the interviewer.

We were each given a random product and told to sell it to the interviewer
It was easy and friendly. It's not exactly difficult to get through either, standard questions you'd see in retail about progression and willingness to learn. There may perhaps be a bias towards younger and more enthusiastic people given the fact you're interacting with customers
