Was a co-op position on their sales team.
Started with a phone interview, scheduled to have an in-person interview, but phone interview went so well that I was offered the position early. In person interview became a chance to ensure culture, position was right for me and to meet the people.

Nothing particularly difficult - questions tended to be elaborations based on things you already said - wasn't rigidly scripted. The way it should be!
