HR is outsourced, so the interviewers are even more disconnected from the staff, culture, and daily workings of any specific position. If you have any detailed questions, they can't answer it, only play "telephone" with the actual staff and maybe get back to you.

Question 1
Most important question for them was salary range. It came early on and they wouldn't let it go. That says something about what they value: cheap over anything else.

It was laid back conversation. Nothing too stressful. Seemed very friendly. Represented themselves as being a very fun, competitive, agency. Wish that were true, but they turned out to be extremely strict in the way they track people, productivity, etc.
