Step 1: Phone Interview with HR. Less than 30 minutes. Step 2: Video Interview with my Direct Report and two others. 30 minutes each. (Technical Interview). Step 3: Video Interview with the team (Cultural Fit Interview)

Normal questions, and nothing hard if you fit in the job description they posted. This is what I found out after I got hired by my team, but they said I sounded the most authentic and that is why they liked me.
