The interview process was smooth on the assessment but the queue was confusing and I saw a recruiter and a candidate fight over the phone before I was interviewed for the position I desired.

In this phase, I was interviewed by the manager, who provided more insight into the product I would be working on if selected. The questions were aimed at gauging my understanding of the product, its functionalities, and how I could contribute to the team. It was a detailed discussion that helped me learn more about the role's expectations. The third and final round was the Versant round, a standardized test that further assessed my communication skills, particularly my fluency and comprehension. This round tested my ability to handle real-world scenarios in English, ensuring that I could effectively communicate in various situations.
