Very detailed and fun process. Hiring managers gave detailed information and were very upbeat during the entire process. After applying, you were invited to an info zoom about the company.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you handled a difficult customer.
At first it was a breeze, some assessments then an initial interview and sample practical experience of what will be happening on the job (I was shown a telco account to be reviewed for 5 minutes then a mock call). I was then referred to a final interview in which the waiting time took so long + lunch break. The final interview was smooth though and the interviewer was kind. I received an email about the LOB, setup, salary package, and was required to answer the campaign specific assessment. After completing it, I did not received any more feedback or response. They left me hanging. A simple email even if it's a rejection would be better, but I did not hear from them since.

Almost everyday they conduct interviews via zoom and they also offer work from home jobs that is more relevant today. Gives so much opportunity to those who are far from the offices, less hassle for commute.
Easy, come in confident and willingness to learn. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Very chill process, discuss how your prior experience is relevant to the position. Recruiters are kind and want to know more about YOU and how you are a good fit for the company.
