Multiple interviews for such an entry level position with terrible upper management. They will give multiple rounds and ask questions about background. It’s a pretty normal interview process to be honest. It’s just intense for what they’re then providing on their end.

Question 1
Name a time you handled conflict while in a leadership position?
The first phone call was very short and just a few questions. Tell me about yourself and why you want to be a matchmaker. Also, how you prioritize a list of things you have to do. The next call was a role play of talking to an upset client about being rejected after a date. A little awkward and difficult but only because I don’t think I asked enough questions about the process prior. The main thing is really lean into it and act like you’re talking to one of your girls, give her some love!
One on one with the hiring manager, asking about your network (demo and locations), and other pertinent job-related inquiries. Explanation of salary structure with next steps. Overall a personable experience.

The interview process was really easy. Mine started with a phone call and than it is more of a group training that weeds people out. They seem to focus on people with empathy and that are hustlers.
