Tea Collection Web Developer interview questions

Standard issue. Got an email, followed by a recruiter phone call, followed by a chat with the manager, followed by a code test, followed by a round table in person interview. These folks are really sloppy though. There were huge periods where I didn't hear from the recruiter or the manager. Then after the final interview when it seemed like it was all said and done I didn't hear back for two weeks. While it was nice to finally get confirmation that they went with someone else one can draw their own conclusions after such a long gap in talking.
