Interview
first round was to create a lesson plan and teach it to a group of applicants, next round was a one on one interview. You definitely had to get creative and stand out in the teaching part while also demonstrating competence.

Question 1
Describe a time from previous work experience where you encountered a conflict and how you handled it.
They had both an individual interview and group interview. In the group interview, candidates have teach a mini-lesson to the other candidates in the group. The individual interview happens on the same day where they ask the typical questions to get to know you and the type of teacher you would be.

Interview
Interview process was quite straightfoward. You must submit a written application, then if it is accepted, you move on to the in-person interview. I reccomend applying early, in the first few rounds of interviews. You will be more likely to receive your top choice of location.
