Group interview: there were 8 applicants. Both owners were there along with the Bus Dev manager.
If you're late to the interview, don't bother.
If you aren't prepared, don't bother.
If you get flustered during interviews, particularly in this setting, don't bother.
The good news is that the company is very up-front re: culture, expectations, and that they are result-driven.
If you can't articulate how you can bring something valuable to the company, don't bother.
Tough but fair is a cliche, but that sums up the interview.
Those offered positions are told right then and there--a welcome change from the usual waiting game.
