I had a positive interview experience with TeamCMP. People were very friendly and transparent. They made it clear to me what they wanted from me and explained the essence of the work.

Very unprofessional hiring process! I've had 2 interviews and even performed 1-hour long test, but never heard back from the company. I've followed up with a couple of emails to the HR but she ignored me. I don't think it's normal, if the person spends 4+ hours for your company at least be able to dedicate 3 min of your time to notify candidate about the decision!
