First, I applied online and was requested to do a video interview three days later. You answer five to six very basic questions to a website that records your answers through webcam. Then I was invited for an onsite interview. They told me it was supposed to be a phone interview so they were unprepared on my arrival. Easy questions asking about my work history and experience. My first interviewer had another appointment so they reassigned me to a recruiter to ask me more questions to "kill time". I never got contacted after my interview. I sent follow ups to the HR dept, but no one ever contacted me back. Very unprofessional experience.
