Interview
Met with the department leadership one-on-one. Started with a description of the role and it's integration into the company, followed by a tour of the facility, and then typical interview questions.
About 4-5 different sets of interviewers from different parts of engineering. First was a phone interview to establish basic info, the next ones were more technical and described the position. Relatively informal, but still professional.
