Tech Impact interview questions

The response to an interview request was very quick after submitting an application. We scheduled a virtual interview within 2 days of submission. The initial interview with HR was very casual, yet informative. There was a good vibe and flow of conversation. The second interview was confirmed on the same day as the first interview for the following week. The second interview with the direct reports of the position felt short and I was disappointed in the questions. While they were technical in nature, as is expected for a technical position, it was difficult to read the room. The interview itself could have been better and used more open-ended or hypothetical "What would you do if..." situational questions. It's been over a month since the second interview without a decision communicated. Overall, those whom I've interacted with seem very warm and supportive as a team.
