1st Round is conducted by HR person, to know the employees experience in detail
2nd Round is usually on call technical discussion
3rd Round is mainly pairing with candidate to solve a problem using best practices, where the candidates technical, analytical and problem solving attributes are judged
4th Round is usually, final discussion with the founder and finalizing the offer
