I had two interviews: The first was with a Senior Account Manager who instantly eased my anxiety about the interview by just being genuine and friendly. She was very candid about the company, it's culture, and what they needed from a new hire. The questions were tough but compelling​ and showed me that they were serious about finding the right candidate based on more than just a resume. The second interview was with the company's President, who was also transparent about where the company was and where they saw it going. She told me a lot about the company and peppered in a few questions, making it feel like we both had the chance to interview each other to see if it was the right fit. Overall, the interview process felt very human and genuine. I found myself wanting the job more and more after each interview. From what I could tell, I'd be very happy working with and for the people I spoke to.
