Interview
30-minute video interview via Zoom and then a 2-hour in-person interview at their offices in New Haven. The in-person interview was very weird. I met with people from the entire company that I would not be working with and was asked strange hypothetical questions that had nothing to do with the job and nothing to do with the company. I met with 4 groups of 3-5 people from across the company. I was asked questions by people I wasn't going to be working with and people who were in lower positions. Very weird interview and I later found out that they had already made an offer to someone else prior to my in-person interview. Very weird process.

It was an easy process, I submitted my information and received a call back shortly within 1-2 days. I had two phone interviews and could just feel like it wasn't the right fit for me.
