Asked a lot of technical coding questions. They were late to the interview. My interview time was never confirmed as well, I got an email 45 minutes after the suggested interview time to join the call.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Technovative Applications in Oct 2018
Interview
Sat down with HR and the lead buyer at the time. Standard questions about my experience. Very casual.
Only problem was the president who wanted to interview me personally didn't read my resume prior to meeting with me and wanted to go over everything line by line. Ended getting asked about how my military schedule would conflict with my work which wasn't legal but with how casual everything was it didn't come off as a factor against hiring me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Technovative Applications (Brea, CA) in May 2018
Interview
The interview was lead by Jim Williams who is the owner of the company and is very old. The whole process was quiet and awkward and slow. Didn't seem interested and was only hiring me because I knew another employee.
