Technumen Developer interview questions

Interview is very difficult to crack but individual contributor will works here. and 3 rounds of interview initial round and manager round and client round need to be clear from onsite manager

The recruiter contacted me for the job opportunity. Took all the details he needed and then didn't schedule any interview. 2 Months later, some other recruiter of same organisation contacted and asked for resignation details from current company and didn't schedule any interview. 3 Months later then they scheduled interview and after me clearing 2 rounds of interview, i was told the position has been filled. Before releasing any offer letter themselves, they ask you to to decline any offer you had. Before scheduling any interview, they want to make sure that you're serving notice period. Worst recruiting process ever!!!! They just love wasting others' time while projecting themselves as great company with 14 GW projects and 5-6 clients (none of which is true🤭). Clearly the recruitment process is handled by mindless baboons.
