I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2013
Interview
It is not very structured. Some people I have talked to said that they were flown into Milwaukee, WI. As for me, I met with a Regional Manager at a Starbucks in Atlanta, then I drove to Athens to meet with the Director of Recruiting. Then I had to drive 1.5 hours to some remote town in GA to meet with the Divisional Manager,
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview process is not hard. First it will be a screening call and next will be an interview. Unfortunately, I didn't move on, not that I'm upset but selling power tools isn't a career for me.
I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America (Tampa, FL)
Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth until it got to upper management. At the 3rd interview with upper management they seemed disinterested in doing interviews and didn’t sharing any other information about the role. They also never showed up to the meeting and called me 20 mins later.
Very unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America (Norman, OK)
Interview
AWFUL! I was sent a LinkedIn message asking me to interview. The first guy I spoke with was very kind, and I had a great and genuine experience with him. However, the second interview is when it all went downhill. The guy I spoke to was young, egotistical, and rude. He made fun of my current position (a well-respected software company) TWICE, and interrupted me the whole interview. He told me I "didn't want the role bad enough" which is interesting, considering it required working in Home Depot every day, and even on weekends. BUT THE WORST part is when I asked him about their Glassdoor reviews, and he ADMITTED to TAMPERING with them by making employees post good ones, which is interesting considering they still have a mediocre rating. He also just said the people who wrote them just "were bad at their jobs" when actually, if you read the reviews, people were expressing genuine complaints, which he did not address at all. STAY FAR AWAY from this scammy company that didn't even have the decency to thank me for my time, or ever even get back to me!
