Very easy interview if you know the basics (A+,Net+ and MCP lvl). If you are going for help-desk act very positive and happy. These guys are great people who really want you to succeed. I have worked here for 2 years and the team and people are great. However I am leaving because this job I have outgrown the position, not the company. I am very proud to have worked at Tecnet Canada however the same reason they do soo well in business is the reason I cannot stay here. They are cheap. They use the best computers and the best software but pay me a very low rate and the benefits do not do much. Great first job for IT, but if this is not your first gig expect to get paid like it is.
