I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Tedder Industries
Interview
Quick and easy. Loved learning about the company itself. Tedder industries is growing rapidly and needs all the help that it can get. Always hiring it seems. Which is good!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tedder Industries (Post Falls, ID) in Jan 2016
Interview
3 interviews conducted by the Director of Project Management and other managing members. One interview was for skillset, another to see about "fit", the last was with final applicants to determine who would be hired.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tedder Industries (Post Falls, ID) in Jul 2019
Interview
I had two one hour interviews and completed design exercises they had requested. It was a time intensive process but I obliged them because I was genuinely interested in the position. The interviews went fine, the people seemed fine, and there were no major red flags for me. After I submitted my design exercises I heard from the recruiter stating, “ you’re in the final running for the position” and asked me a few more logistical questions. I answered the questions then never heard from them again. I even followed up with them a few days later but still no response or acknowledgment. Being ghosted when searching for a new job is unfortunately something that can happen from time to time, but after investing hours into their process and being told that I was in the “final consideration” I expected a follow up email even if it was to let me know I didn’t get the job. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and I think I dodged a bullet in the long run. (pun intended)

Question 1
There were a lot of standard design related questions and some process questions such as which is more important UX or conversion rates.
