The interview process consisted of five stages:
Initial recruitment call
In-person interview
Two days of unpaid work experience
Meeting with the line manager
Final meeting with the founder
It was a long process and wouldn't have been possible if I was in full time employment.

Interview
Was quick and easy. I walked around the factory and discussed their ethos and what they do. They asked what availability I had and what hours were ideal for me.

Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward, applied through the careers page and within a week was contacted about an interview.
Spoke with the Manager and Content Manager about the role, the business, what the next year would entail and the roles and responsibilities included. Relaxed feel about the interview which made it easier to communicate my experience and personality to the team.
Followed up with an interview with HR which was good to understand their position and how they'd support throughout the role. Overall really great experience and once I was offered the role I couldn't accept quick enough.
