First of all, they reached out for a different role but still interviewed me virtually. The HR asked same day if I was available for a physical meet the next day so I speak with the Head Of Operations, I agreed. The next day, I went and ended up having a 3 stages interview. It was exhausting but I was still okay with it. After a week, they reached out and said I did well for both roles (the initial role they reached out to me for and the one I applied for) , and gave me an online assessment (2) on the initial role to submit within 48 hours. Which I did and submitted. After a week, they reached out with the virtual assessment for the role I applied for, this time in real time. I did and submitted. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I reached out to the HR and asked for an update, and she says “Oh, I was going to reach out to you tomorrow, I'm sorry let me call you back” and that was it. Today makes it 2 weeks. Time wasted, Mental strength wasted, Data wasted, Transportation wasted. Ps; they refused to tell me the remuneration for the roles, I kept asking and all I got was “it is confidential, we will tell you soon”. Lol, I should have seen the signs, right?
