Set up a call with the People Operations Manager to have a quick chat about personal background and the company, then set up a video call for the formal interview a few weeks later. Both felt more like conversations than interviews.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tegrit (Livonia, MI) in Nov 2020
Interview
A few introductory phone calls with the people operations manager. Afterwards, a Zoom interview with the lead developers. About an hour of casual conversation regarding what I'm looking for, what they're looking for, software process, tech stack, just getting a feel for the company culture and whether we're a good fit for each other.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tegrit (Livonia, MI) in Jul 2020
Interview
Tegrit had a great process overall.
Initially a brief overview of the company is provided and I was given an opportunity to ask questions. Then the hiring manager reviewed my application with me and discussed my experience and interest in the position.
The next step was to complete a cognitive assessment and predictive index screenings.
A follow up interview was then set up, with other Tegrit Business Analyst. This was a great opportunity for me to gain a greater understanding of the companies culture, and allowed the Tegrit BA's to ask questions and ensure adequate knowledge and understanding of the role.
