I thought the interview process was pretty straight forward. One chat with HR, one with the hiring manager, then one with the person who was going to train me and help mentor me. They did things in a timely manner and didn't reschedule on me.

The questions I was asked were general support/problem solving questions. I don't remember specific questions, just that they wanted to make sure I had those skills.
