I am not certain I would call this an interview. I didn't get to ask any questions (even though I actually had a list of questions ready to go about Tekion), I learned absolutely nothing about the company other than they have people in HR just asking a list of questions without actually knowing anything about the solutions the company sells. People asking technical questions, should be knowledgeable in that technology even just a little bit so they can speak intelligently about it.
The "interview" lasted 12 minutes because the person could not understand that the work I have been doing over the last 20 years is mostly SaaS related and some of it is actually much more difficult than SaaS. They didn't care and it was like if I didn't say the word "SaaS" then I was being completely dismissed.
I sent them a thank you email and further outlined my accomplishments over the years along with a list of Enterprise Customers I implemented successfully since they seemed to doubt my ability to work with Customers of that level. To date, zero response. Even though they told me in the meeting they would get back to me earlier this week.
It's a shame because this was a company I was very eager to work for considering my background in the automotive industry. It was very evident they had their mind made up about me before even saying "hello."
